After we have conquered out the despair and replaced it with determination; after we have turned our frustrated anger into impetuous action then cooled it off and replaced it with cold hate filled
methodically planned strategies; after we begin to observe the condition of the world as a whole and understand and feel compassion and pity for those whose relentless greed for material possessions causes them to lose touch with their humanity; after we progress to the point where our overriding motivations ceases to be hate and is replaced by love for our people, then, and only then , are we prepared to take the final step in our transformation or metamorphosis into professional revolutionaries.

It is only after we have matured to the status of professionals, aware of where we have been and where we are going and secure in our own courage of conviction and willing to accept the consequences, that we are ready and able to Reach Out and join forces with people of other nationalities who have been involved in simiar struggles against the same enemy.
Our struggle is designed, in the final analysis, to bring into being a new ociety. One not based on race, wealth or class but humanness. In order to bring this about these three obstacles must be overcomethrough education and social practice. By struggling together against our common enemy, we are building the bridge that will eventually lead to a new world wherein we can enoy our common humanity in peace and freedom.
